Before you start reading and deciding whether to accept the "AI Scanner Member Subscription Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as " this Agreement " or " AI Scanner Membership Agreement " ) and pay to activate the AI Scanner membership service, we especially remind you to read carefully and pay attention to the bold content in this Agreement. If you are a minor under the age of 18 , please read this Agreement carefully in the company of your guardian and decide whether to accept this Agreement, and purchase and use the AI Scanner membership service under the guidance and supervision of your guardian.

1. AI Scanner
AI Scanner refers to an application software product developed, operated and managed by us and our affiliates, which is designed to provide you with free, non-exclusive and global software use licenses and technical services within the scope of this Agreement. AI Scanner under this Agreement may refer to AI Scanner mobile terminal, the independent website we set up for AI Scanner, or the related technical services we provide around the AI Scanner software product, depending on the context. "We" refers to the developer of AI Scanner: UK RSBC NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO. LTD.
2 . AI Scanner member
Refers to users who have completed all procedures for purchasing AI Scanner membership and, under the premise of complying with this Agreement, enjoy the membership services provided by AI Scanner during the validity period of the membership.
3. AI Scanner Member Subscription Service
The AI Scanner Member Service means that after paying a certain service fee in the specified manner specified on the AI Scanner page, the user can enjoy the member- exclusive services provided by AI Scanner , including but not limited to counting , measuring area, measuring length and other existing and future rights and interests . For specific rights and interests, please refer to Article 2 of this Agreement .
4. AI Scanner Member Service Rules
AI Scanner service provider may publish and revise from time to time the agreements, announcements, page descriptions, notifications, FAQs, promotional activities and other content related to the AI Scanner membership service.
5. Agreement Updates
The developer of AI Scanner can update the terms of service under this Agreement (including changing, adding, and reducing the corresponding terms). Once the terms of service are updated, AI Scanner will notify you through system prompts and information push notifications. Once the updated terms are officially released, they will become an integral part of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the changed agreement, you can stop using this service. If you continue to use the services provided by AI Scanner, you will be deemed to have accepted all changes to this Agreement.
The member-exclusive services of AI Scanner include but are not limited to the counting function , area measurement function, length measurement function and other existing and future rights and interests . The following only introduces the counting function, area measurement function and length measurement function. In addition, we provide members with continuously updated counting models and algorithm models for functions such as area measurement and length measurement. If you urgently need to adapt the counting function of other items, please send user feedback in the software, and we will adapt and launch it as soon as possible to provide stronger support for your work.
( 1) Exclusive scanning and counting function : The member-exclusive counting function provided by this developer is already built into AI Scanner. Members can unlock and use this function without restrictions. This function uses artificial intelligence technology to quickly and accurately count the number of objects in the photo by taking a photo and scanning. This function makes the boring, time-consuming, and error-prone counting work easy and fast, and the results can be obtained in just a few seconds, saving 90% of the time. Currently, it supports the counting of objects such as logs, round tubes, bricks, square tubes, bamboo sticks, people, sheep, and pills, and other objects are also being adapted.
( 2) Exclusive scanning area measurement function : Contains the member-exclusive area measurement function built into AI Scanner provided by this developer. Members can unlock and use this function without restrictions. The scanning area measurement function can measure the area quickly, accurately and conveniently. By scanning with the device's camera, this function can quickly capture the image of the object or scene, and use advanced image processing technology and algorithms to accurately calculate the area of the measured object or scene. Compared with traditional measurement methods, the scanning area measurement function has unique advantages. It does not require the use of complex measuring tools or manual calculations, which greatly simplifies the measurement process. At the same time, this function can also adapt to a variety of different scenarios, such as measuring room area, building area, land area, etc., and has strong versatility and practicality.
( 3) Exclusive scanning and length measurement function: Contains a member-exclusive length measurement function provided by this developer and built into AI Scanner. Members can unlock and use this function without restrictions. The scanning and length measurement function is a convenient tool for quickly measuring the length of an object or scene by scanning it. This function is fast, accurate, easy to use, and versatile, and is suitable for a variety of different scenarios, such as measuring room length, furniture size, building size, etc. When using this function, simply use the device's camera to scan the object or scene whose length needs to be measured. During the scanning process, you can capture the entire image by slowly moving the device, and determine the length range to be measured by specifying the starting and end points. After the scan is completed, the application will calculate and display the length of the measured object or scene based on the scanned image .
2. Membership preferential policies
AI Scanner may, based on actual operating conditions, grant extensions, rights upgrades, price reductions and other discounts to users who have activated or have not yet activated AI Scanner membership at different stages. The specific preferential policies shall be subject to the content notified by AI Scanner on the relevant service page.
1. Payment
The AI Scanner membership service is a paid item. You can pay the membership fee by subscribing or purchasing in the iOS system. It should be noted that the AI Scanner membership service belongs to the category of online goods and virtual goods. It adopts the model of charging fees first and then providing services. The membership fee is based on the value of the online goods corresponding to the membership service you purchased. It does not have the nature of prepayment, deposit, down payment, savings card, etc. In view of this, once you successfully purchase the AI Scanner membership service, it means that you have started using the product. If you need to return or exchange, please contact the customer service staff.
2. Fees
The charging standards are independently determined by us after comprehensive consideration of the company's operating costs, operating strategies, etc. (adjustments include but are not limited to promotions, price increases, etc.), and will be displayed to you on the relevant product service promotion and payment pages; if the relevant charging method changes during your purchase and renewal, the charging method actually accepted by us shall prevail; if the price of the relevant service is adjusted, it shall be based on the currently valid price announced on our platform (except where we have otherwise agreed with you). Please read the relevant notice carefully before deciding whether to renew.
3. Payment cycle & automatic renewal
In order to meet your needs for continuous purchase of AI Scanner membership services, we have launched continuous weekly /monthly/quarterly/annual packages, which users can choose . You can indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to sign the automatic renewal rules by accepting and using this service. Unless you have accepted this renewal rule, you have no right to use the relevant services under this rule.
(1) Automatic renewal rules
( a ) Automatic renewal refers to a service launched to meet the needs of users for automatic renewal and to avoid failure to renew in time due to negligence or other reasons, provided that users have activated the AI Scanner membership service. If users choose to activate the automatic renewal service, when the subscription period is about to end, AI Scanner will issue a deduction instruction based on the deduction rules of iOS, and deduct the fees for the next billing period from the user's account without verifying the member account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information.
( b ) AI Scanner will automatically deduct the payment one day before the expiration of the AI Scanner membership service (i.e. the subscription date is March 29, and the automatic deduction date for the next cycle is April 28 (monthly package), June 28 (quarterly package), and March 28 of the following year (annual package)). Once the deduction is successful, AI Scanner will activate the AI Scanner membership service corresponding to this billing cycle for you. If the balance in your iOS account is insufficient to pay for the AI Scanner membership service fee for the next cycle, AI Scanner will perform a second automatic deduction at irregular intervals on the day after the first automatic deduction fails. If your account balance is still insufficient to pay for the AI Scanner membership service fee for the next cycle during the second automatic deduction, AI Scanner will automatically stop providing the AI Scanner membership service. You will be solely responsible for the risks and/or losses such as renewal failure due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account.
( c ) AI Scanner hereby reminds you that the amount of AI Scanner membership service fees you pay for this billing cycle shall be based on the automatic renewal price agreed upon with AI Scanner when you activate the AI Scanner membership service. However, in the event that AI Scanner carries out activities or other circumstances where AI Scanner has made other agreements with you, the aforementioned amount shall be based on the relevant agreement between AI Scanner and you. At the same time, if you activate the AI Scanner membership service again after unsubscribing, the amount of AI Scanner membership service fees you pay for this billing cycle shall be based on the automatic renewal price agreed upon with AI Scanner when you activate it again.
(2) Automatic renewal cancellation
If you do not actively and explicitly cancel the service, the automatic deduction will remain in effect for a long time. If you need to cancel, you can do so directly in the subscription management of the AppStore. Open the "Settings" of your iPhone, go to "iTunes Store and App Store", click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions", and select "Scan" to cancel the subscription.
The intellectual property rights of the exclusive functions and services provided by the AI Scanner Member Service belong to us, our licensors or our affiliates. In any case, our and our affiliates' permission to you to use the relevant materials and functions shall not be deemed as a transfer of part or all of the intellectual property rights to you. When you download and use any materials in the Member Service through AI Scanner, you should only use them for personal entertainment, learning, research or appreciation. You may not use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
1. When using the AI Scanner membership service, you shall not engage in the following conduct:
(1) Using technical means to modify service content, service period, consumption amount, transaction status and other information to obtain AI Scanner membership services.
(2) Providing the AI Scanner Member Services to other persons for use (including but not limited to transferring, donating, borrowing, renting, selling, and assigning).
(3) Issue, develop, transfer, sell, display, disseminate, synthesize, create derivative works, perform secondary creation, conduct commercial development or promotion, etc., the exclusive functions and services provided by the AI Scanner Member Service.
(4) Crack, change, reverse, tamper with or otherwise damage any security technology of the AI Scanner membership service.
(5) Any person who obtains AI Scanner membership services through illegal or improper means or exploits loopholes or conducts malicious refunds.
(6) Other acts that violate AI Scanner's User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
2. If you violate this Agreement and/or the User Agreement or Privacy Policy, AI Scanner has the right to independently decide and may choose, in whole or in part, without prior notice to you, based on its own judgment or the needs of laws and policies:
(1) Suspend or terminate your AI Scanner membership service, take measures including but not limited to restricting, freezing or terminating AI Scanner membership service, and you will be solely responsible for the consequences of being unable to use the AI Scanner membership service, and the fees you have paid will not be refunded;
(2) Appeal to administrative law enforcement agencies or judicial organs to pursue corresponding legal liabilities. If any third party (including us and its affiliates) is harmed due to your violation of this Agreement, you shall bear the responsibility independently; if we and its affiliates suffer losses, you shall also compensate us according to law.
1. Changes to Member Services
AI Scanner may partially modify the above-mentioned member rights and interests based on changes in laws, regulations and policies, its own operating strategies and other factors. The modifications include but are not limited to adjusting or updating member-exclusive functions and exclusive services, changing preferential policies, etc. If AI Scanner changes the service content, service methods and the content of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, if the member disagrees with AI Scanner 's changes, he/she has the right to choose to cancel and stop using all or part of the corresponding services that have been obtained; if the member continues to use the above-mentioned services provided by AI Scanner , it is deemed that the member has accepted the above-mentioned adjustments of AI Scanner .
2. Suspension and Termination of Member Services
( 1) User voluntarily suspends or terminates the service, including but not limited to membership expiration and failure to renew;
( 2) AI Scanner voluntarily suspends or terminates the service
due to user breach of contract ; ( 3) AI Scanner suspends or terminates the service
due to requirements of the state or relevant departments or force majeure events ; ( 5) Other circumstances where the service should or needs to be suspended or terminated
in accordance with laws and regulations or AI Scanner business adjustments; After the suspension or termination of the service, AI Scanner will make every effort to notify the user in a reasonable manner. If you find that you cannot log in or enjoy the service, you can consult our online customer service .
This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China. Any dispute arising from this User Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court where the defendant resides.
